M100 Digital Hanging Bow Scale

This Digital Bow Scale from October Mountain Products is designed to hang from an overhead beam or from the ceiling in the manner of a standard butcher's scale. to use, you slip the string over the hook right where the arrow normally nocks, the draw the bow by pulling down on the riser until the cam(s) roll over and the bow is at full draw. You can now release the bow and the scale will retain the reading. Take one reading for peak draw weight and another for holding power.

The M100 Digital Hanging Bow Scale easily fits in the palm of your hand or in a pocket so it is completely portable. Peak draw weight of up to 100 pounds and holding weight are each measured to an accuracy of 0.35oz., which is a much more accurate measurement than you will get with any spring-type of bow scale. The scale runs on two AAA batteries (not supplied) and features an automatic shut off to save battery power when the scale is not in use.

Not only is the M100 scale a handy bow scale but it can also be used for many other purposes not related to archery. There is a Tare switch for zeroing the weight of any container you might want to hang from the hook to hold materials to be weighed and a unit button for switching between pounds, ounces and kilograms.
