                 At NZAP we try to make ordering our products as easy as possible. You can use our online order form, ring us on our free phone (Australian customers are welcome to call collect), fax or mail us a copy of our printable order form, list your requirements on an email, or drop by our showroom and pick up anything you need.

                 The easiest way to order from NZAP is with the online order form. We work hard to keep our website up to date and everything we have in stock should be listed here with the current price. (Australian prices are being added as we update each page--See below) When you use the form, there are no passwords required and you will receive an immediate automatic conformation of your order by return email. This gives you a chance to review the contents of your order, and if you need to make any changes, just send us a return email and it is done. The NZAP Arrow Order Form is the most comprehensive in the industry and allows you to select every feature of your arrows from fletch type and colour to point weight. All the most popular options are listed on the form, but if you still don't find exactly what you need, tell us about it in the remarks section. If for some reason we can't comply with your request, we will be in contact by phone or email as quickly as possible.

                 If you are concerned about sending us your personal details or credit card number on the order form, rest easy. The NZAP order form is as secure as modern technology can make it. Your credit card number will be removed from our records as soon as your order is processed. We do save your personal details--telephone number, mailing address, email address and order history-- to help us with future orders, but in no case will these personal details be given or shared with anyone outside of NZAP. Nor will you receive unsolicited emails, news letters, special deals or any other advertising material.

Australian Pricing and Credit Card Charges

                  The easiest way for Australian customers to pay for orders is by credit card. We can't accept direct deposits from Australian banks (not yet anyway, but we are working on it) and cheques and money orders take some time to clear. We do accept Australian cheques, of course, but can't ship your order until the cheque clears the bank, which usually takes several weeks. International money orders work fine also, but please don't send Australian money orders as they can't be cashed outside of Australia. Paypal payments can also be made from Australia and we are working on incorporating Paypal payment instructions into our order form.

                 All of the posted prices on this web page are in New Zealand dollars. The Australian price is being added to pages as they are updated and is shown in parenthesis as AU$0.00. The Australian is a close estimate of the actual price Australian customers pay, but it may be off by a few pennies one way or the other because of the constantly shifting exchange rate. When you get the credit card charge slip that we send with your order, the amount shown will be in New Zealand dollars. This amount will be converted by your charge card company so the amount that shows on your statement will be in Australian dollars.

QUICK TIP

If The NZAP Order Form Won't Work

                 If you have tried to send us an order from your computer using the NZAP order form and had the form hang up and refuse to respond (usually when you try select the "Region" or "Country") it is most often because you don't have Javascript or Active Scripting enabled on your computer. The NZAP order form works on Javascript and hangs up on the country selector if it isn't available.

To turn on Javascript with Internet Explorer you need to enable Active Scripting as follows:
  1. Find the Internet Options in the Tools Menu.
  2. Click on the Security Tab and highlight the Internet Globe.
  3. Click on the Custom Level button to bring up Security Options.
  4. Find the Active Scripting option(nearly at the bottom of the list) and select Enable.
  5. Click the OK button and try the form again.
If you are using Firefox:
  1. Open Options in the Tools Menu.
  2. Highlight the Content Globe.
  3. Check the Enable Javascript box.
  4. Click OK and try the form again.
