The new Bengal compound bow is designed with a short axle-to-axle length of only thirty-one inches making it one of the smallest premium-quality hunting bows in the 2012 lineup. However, the Bengal Pro ha a lot more to offer than its ability to fit into restricted spaces in utes, helicopters, and backpacks. A Long Riser For Stability!
Take a close look at the Bengal Pro and you will notice that the riser is nearly as long as the overall length of the bow itself. This long riser allows Martin's PowerTough limbs to be mounted at an extreme "beyond-parallel" angle, which is the primary reason the Bengal Pro is virtually silent on the shot and is virtually free of any trace of hand shock.
Like all Martin Compound Bows the Bengal Pro has a full fifteen-pounds of draw weight adjustment available. combine that with the New Fury X single cam system with its adjustment range of from a minimum of 24 inches to a maximum of over 30 inches in half-inch increments and you have one of the most versatile hunting bows that the bowhunting community has ever seen. All this with AMO arrow speeds of up to 330 feet-ler-second.
