Buzz-Off Cable Slide
The Buzz-Off Cable Slide, from Saunders Archery, snaps on to any cable guard reptlacing any under-the-rod type of slide. Buzz-Off uses the Hyper-Glide cable cradle and ultra low-friction cable-rod wheel with flared cable-ports made from super-slick, super-quiet material that reduces cable wear. This stuff is smoother and slicker than any other material used on cable slides today and gives Buzz-Off the lowest rod friction, lowest cable wear and highest shooting consistency of any slide made.
Buzz-Off is more than a great slide because it deadens all vibration in the bowstring with Buzz-Off's unique gel-cap. The gel is protected by a soft, durable synthetic sheath. To keep the cap centered on the string, the offset arm it totally adjustable, It mounts for-or-aft, swings in and out and reaches forward-or-back. Rotating the cap's off-centered shank provides all the fine tuning you will need. Fitting Buzz Off to any bow with a rod-type cable guard is a piece-of-cake.

Squeaky Cable Slides
A squeaky or chattering cable slide can not only be very annoying, it can also alert a bowhunter's quarry, break the concentration of a target archer, and rob your bow of power and performance. Sometimes a noisy slide can be cured easily with a drop of Teflon lubricant, such as Tri Flo. If that doesn't work, don't hesitate to replace your stock slide with one made of Teflon. It will quiet your bow and the reduced drag on the cable guard will add power to your shot and speed to your arrow. (OK, not a lot but every little bit counts.)
