The Early Adventures with Howard Hill

Most of us agree that Howard Hill was he most famous archer since Robin Hood. Certainly his writings and films helped to initiate the golden age of bowhunting which we are still enjoying today.

The Early Adventures With Howard Hill is written by Don Carson, who worked for Howard in Opa-Locka Florida, and is largely the story of Howard's exploits between 1925 and 1935 in the swamps of Florida and in the early years immediately after he moved to California, before he became the famous personality we recognise today. These are the stories of a young Howard Hill hunting catamounts and alligators from a dugout canoe in the Florida Everglades and giant pigs in California.

This is a hard-cover book with 168 pages and lots of photos, some of which have never before been published. The cover may be different than that shown.
